City of Atlanta Finances 43 Fire Trucks through Leasing 2

We are proud to announce that Leasing 2 just closed a loan with the City of Atlanta, Georgia for the purchase of 43 fire trucks. The City selected Quality Manufacturing, Inc. out of Talladega, Alabama as the apparatus manufacturer of 30 1500 GPM Pumpers, 9 100' Tractor Drawn Aerials, and 4 Mid-Mount Aerials. All the trucks will have Spartan chassis.

Quality Manufacturing got the nod on this massive deal because the City of Atlanta felt Quality simply offered the best trucks. But another important point that won this sale for Quality was the City's decision that the Quality/Leasing 2 traditional lease saved them significant money compared to Quality's competitors who were offering different variations of the new "walk-away" lease.

The City of Atlanta was so satisfied with the way Leasing 2 handled the fire truck transaction that they immediately awarded us another lease for 54 refuse trucks.

We are very proud of our web site that is the only web site on the Internet that exclusively serves the financing needs of the fire fighting industry. Since we started our site back in 1997 we have had many compliments on its content and have constantly updated it to provide you with more and more information.

You will want to "Bookmark" our site to keep informed.

2. List of Fire Truck Manufacturers: This could be the most complete list of fire truck manufacturers on the Internet.

3. Scheduled Fire Conferences: This schedule will provide information on all national and regional fire conferences for the next 12 months as it becomes available and will include exhibition hours and the set-up times for exhibitors.
